DSCSA: Updated C2 BuyBack Request Form Available 
Effective immediately, please use the updated C2 Buyback Request form found on the Returns tab and the Credit Request Detail page to process your return efficiently. The updated form includes a request for serial numbers which are required for items being returned to Cardinal Health per DSCSA requirements. The old form doesn't include the serial number requirement and will be rejected.

To ensure customer safety, Cardinal Health will ship all products listed on the NIOSH Table I and all chemotherapy products together in clearly labeled, separate totes by mid-July. Read more here
